Positive: It is crispy clean and cosy with wide open view on Śnieżka. The room was freshly renovated and had everything we needed. The location is great for hikers since it is close to the trails. We definitely recommend and will book again when visiting Karpacz!

Positive: Nice apartment, clean and with everything you need for stay Bed is very comfortable Big balcony Sauna and jacuzzi Free parking
Negative: Unfortunately only 1 point from 10 for personal. Not friendly and not helpful. They forgot to leave special card for the light in box with key for us. So in our apartment was dark and nothing work. When we called them one man told “Ok, I will call you back in 5 min” and didn’t call. When we called again (few times) no one answered. After 1,5 hour (!) someone send a message like “why you need card just switch the light”. Really??? The stuff doesn’t know how it works here? We tried to call for this number and of course no one answered. We sent a message when I explained why this card is needed 🤦🏼 Again no normal answer, I send one more message and ask how we need to use apartment in dark with 2 years old and 7 months old babies. And for sure they stopped communicating at all. Only after we call to “booking” someone called us and told what we need to do now and came with the card a bit later. So if no booking nobody care. I also worked in hospitality and was shocked how is possible to be so unprofessional. We really like the apartment, spa and the city, but this ..
